All future DrawThis.com images will also be included in the New Masters Academy reference library, available to any Premium Subscriber.

Q. Does DrawThis.com offer paid subscriptions?
A. All of the existing and future DrawThis.com content will be available in the New Masters Academy content library.

Q. What is New Masters Academy?
A. New Masters Academy is a learning website for artists. Like Netflix, you sign up for an affordable recurring subscription and you get access to all of our video courses and reference materials. New Masters Academy is the new home for all DrawThis.com content.

Q. I paid for content on the old DrawThis.com website, where is it?
A. If you purchased content from the old DrawThis.com website, please contact us at info@nma.art.

Q. What is the reference library?
A. The New Masters Academy reference library provides you with more than 40,000 high-quality images for you to practice with, as well as many 3D models for you to study from in our 3D viewer. Access to the reference library is only included with Premium Subscriptions. 

Q. Which courses are included with my subscription?
A. Your subscription includes all courses (more than 1,200 hours of content!). You can watch them at any time and change between them as often as you want.  

Q. Is New Masters Academy accredited?
A. This is a learning resource that provides foundational art training that rivals that of traditional art schools. Your subscription does not provide a degree or college credit at this time. 

Q. Do I get feedback or critiques?
A. Feedback and critiques are available through our optional coaching program. We also have a community forum, included with all subscriptions, where you can get feedback on your work from other students.  

Q. How can I use the free images?
A. You are welcome to download the free DrawThis.com images to use for your own personal art reference. You are not allowed to share or distribute any content you download from DrawThis.com or NMA.art.

Q. What do I need to get started?
A. For the best experience, we recommend an internet-enabled device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet with the latest OS and browser.  

Q. Is New Masters Academy beginner friendly?
A. Yes! We offer on-demand video courses for artists of all levels. Whether you have never sharpened a pencil or you are a working professional artist, NMA.art has appropriate art lessons for you.  

Q. What happens at the end of my free trial?
A. At the end of your trial, you will automatically be billed for the first month or year of your subscription using the payment method you provide, and you will continue to be billed until you cancel your subscription.  

Q. Can I cancel before I’m billed?
A. Yes. You can cancel your subscription any time before the end of your trial to avoid being billed.

Q. Can I change my subscription?
A. During your trial, you may not change subscriptions. After your trial expires, you are free to change to any of our other membership plans.  

Q. Who is eligible for this free trial?
A. This free trial is for new users only. Users with previous or existing memberships can still sign up, but will not receive the trial.  

Q. Are the video courses downloadable?
A. Our videos are currently streaming-only but we are developing an app with this feature.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. New Masters Academy does not offer refunds on membership subscriptions except in certain situations and jurisdictions.
